SessionRoute Atlas does not collect, ingest, preview, process, or store proprietary client shoot captures, Phase One EIP files, tethered RAW catalogs, or graded TIFF deliverables. All technical routing diagrams and terminal scripts outlined on this platform represent offline architecture specifications meant for internal studio execution.

When you reach out via our Digital Operations Desk, we temporarily record contact identifiers including your full name, verified business email, and shoot route inquiry. These records are strictly utilized to respond to architectural inquiries and are retained for a maximum of 180 calendar days before purge.

In accordance with global data protection frameworks and statutory digital rights, you hold the unconditional right to audit, amend, or demand immediate deletion of your correspondence records. Requests sent through our contact desk are acknowledged and finalized within two business days.

SessionRoute Atlas does not run third-party advertising trackers, cross-device behavioral beacons, or marketing graph algorithms. Server access logs are scrubbed and anonymized at the edge strictly to verify infrastructure throughput, system latency, and SSL network integrity.
